The main street of Enmore also boasts a diverse and exciting cafe and restaurant scene, gelato bars, community organic food outlet and two well know music/theatre venues. Newtown is is known for its cafe culture, fashion, movie theatre and pubs and of course Sydney University. Newtown station is at the Enmore end of Newtown.
All inclusive rent. Weekly rent includes water, electricity, gas, broadband internet, free laundry. All rooms fully furnished with wardrobes, computer, smart TV, and twin bunks or a double bed (we have stocks of beds to suite your requirements) and come with great facilities.
Prices are listed in $AUD and are subject to change dependant on availability and seasonal promotions. Prices are per room per week. Minimum Stay - 6 months. Bond equal to 2 weeks rent and up to 1 weeks advance rent is required to secure your booking.
